The Guernsey office of this international bank requires a Client Relationship Manager to bolster its fund administration team.
The Client Relationship Manager works within the fund administration team and is involved in the management of all aspects of the company's relationship with a varied portfolio of funds.
The portfolio is constructed of a wide range of
open-ended and closed-ended funds, including some listed on international stock exchanges.
The Client Relationship Manager role will involve occasional travel and regular interaction with internal colleagues, clients, advisers and fund directors.
As part of this overall remit the duties will include:
- Management of day-to-day queries
- Board meeting management and co-ordination
- Relationship planning, development, monitoring and reporting
- Commercial monitoring
- New business development and transition
To be considered for the Client Relationship Manager vacancy you have a proven track record in relationship management in fund administration or the fiduciary sector.
You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of fund operations, corporate Secretarial procedures, Guernsey fund regulations and stock exchange reporting requirements.
Finally this Guernsey based position requires a self-motivated and confident individual with effective communication, relationship and networking skills at all levels.
